PPStream Problem Viewing Hong Kong Drama: Some of you folks may have problem watching Hong Kong series drama via PPStream. It is because this popular Chinese peer-to-peer streaming video network has put restriction on some regions around the world. I heard it’s about copyright issue.
Anyway, for those who experience restriction of watching HK TVB drama, probably you should try out this tip by Mick Genie.
Anyway, I have rewritten the tutorial for those who are IT-challenged like me.
1. Click Run.
2. Type in %appdata%/PPStream
3. Click OK.
4. Scroll down and look for ppsarea.ini
5. Double click on it. A notepad with code should pop up.
6. Delete all the code away. Replace it with this new code:

7. Click File and then click Save.
8. Next look for psnetwork.ini
9. Again, do the same thing. Double click on it. A notepad with code will pop up.
10. Delete away the existing code and replace it with this code:

10. Click File and then click Save.
11. Now go back to Run.
12. Type in attrib +r %appdata%/PPStream/ppsarea.ini
13. Click OK.
14. Type in attrib +r %appdata%/PPStream/psnetwork.ini
15. Click OK.
Finish. That’s all.
