I have asked the mayors of 15 cities, including Dorval, Pointe-Claire, Beaconsfield, to follow the lead of Cote St Luc and pass bylaws making masks, bandannas mandatory when shopping indoors, shopping centres, public buildings, or when surrounded by large numbers of strangers. I received one reply. It was from Georges Bourelle, Mayor of Beaconsfield.
